Visa Information & Invitation Letters
Are you traveling from outside the European Union to attend the Congress? You will likely need a Visa Invitation Letter to support your visa application at the embassy or consulate.
We are happy to provide this official document to our international attendees to facilitate your travel process to Politechnika Wrocławska.
Important Deadline: Request by September 6th
Please request your invitation letter early. This ensures you have adequate time for document processing and scheduling your embassy appointment.
